Sera is a fully registered psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting adults experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns and life challenges. She brings warmth, humour, and mature insight to therapy, creating a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. As a qualified MAPP (Master of Applied Positive Psychology) practitioner, Sera integrates strengths-based, evidence-informed, and wellbeing-focused approaches to support clients in building resilience, enhancing self-understanding, and reconnecting with what gives their lives meaning and purpose. She has a strong appreciation for the role of spirituality, culture, identity, and personal values in psychological wellbeing, and understands the challenges that can accompany major life transitions, loss, and periods of uncertainty.
Sera has particular interests in supporting individuals experiencing OCD, trauma related difficulties, anxiety disorders, adjustment challenges, and those seeking greater self-understanding, personal growth, and self-development.
