Approach
I want my clients to know that I offer a safe space, free of judgement, where we can work collaboratively and flexibly to identify and resolve their concerns. Using systematic and evidence-based principles, we will have a chance to explore ways of living with a greater sense of wellbeing, whilst learning healthier coping behaviours to handle the tougher times.
I bring a fresh approach and a positive energy to addressing the mental health needs of your patients. I typically work in a person-focused and goal-oriented manner, so clients will feel empowered to make changes that will see them pursuing a more balanced lifestyle. I am skilled in the areas of mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and supporting the client’s journey towards behaviour change.
