I am a friendly and approachable person with a passion for helping people improve and maintain their psychological wellbeing. I have a warm analytical style, and aim to help people work through their thought processes, to better engage with helpful and fulfilling perspectives. I work with both conscious and unconscious thought processes, to help people resolve issues, build resilience and lead meaningful lives.
