Approach

I have been registered as a Psychologist for 8 years. I offer a caring, friendly and creative way of helping clients. I use an individualised strengths based approach to therapy, involving awareness of behaviour, thoughts, and feelings, while promoting self-compassion and self-awareness. I use evidence based psychological treatments for best outcomes, and with client collaboration. I have mental health training in suicide intervention skills, and health training in cultural awareness. I have Italian heritage and I understand some colloquial Italian language. I have an interest in creative therapies including art and music.
I have experience in providing individual therapy and group therapy. I offer Psychology talking therapy while using approaches to empower people to understand their own wellbeing.
