Attending for the first time or returning to counselling may be a difficult decision to make, therefore I feel it is important to create a safe, relaxed and non judgmental environment to allow us to collaboratively work together to bring about helpful change, awareness and positive outcomes.

I offer a combination of approaches used throughout counselling that may assist clients to improve their functioning and wellbeing.
