Carmen provides individualised therapeutic interventions to young adults, adults and older adults impacted by diverse mental health issues, social stigma and transient life challenges. Her clinical expertise facilitates optimised therapeutic outcomes delivered holistically within a person centred approach.

Seeking help from a psychologist could be often overwhelming and stressful. Some might even feel it is a sign of their weakness or suggest that there is something wrong with the person. My professional aim is to assist the person seeking help in a collaborative, non-judgemental and authentic manner, in a therapeutic space where personal issues are viewed as opportunities to discover personal strengths, to foster personal growth and improve quality of life. I am deeply committed to empower individuals in overcoming the destructive effects of the social stigma associated with mental health issues. I value each person’s uniqueness whilst navigating their recovery journey.

I am experienced in facilitating individual/ and group therapy.

I am skilled in providing clinical supervision and supporting provisionally registered psychologists as a secondary supervisor.
