I establish a collaborative effort by creating a working therapeutic alliance with the client. This creates an environment that helps the clients feel safe within themselves and in the outside world. My goal is the safeguarding and promotion of the client’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

I use cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy and other approaches to allow clients to control their symptoms and manage their emotions and to acquire the necessary tools to improve their general health.

I use a comprehensive approach that helps address both the psychological condition and associated somatic components. I treat the impact of trauma on both mind and body to help clients identify and understand the effects of past suffering in order to heal themselves and use their own energy to achieve recovery and a fulfilled life. I strongly believe that the collaborative relationship in the therapeutic setting helps individuals to be in touch with their own strength and capabilities.
This will empower individuals and families to use their resources to promote change with the aim of creating a more harmonious way of life.
