Social Skills Club

What: Group program aimed at developing communication skills, empathy, emotion management & social skills. Children grouped according to skill level.

Who For: Children 5 – 12 yrs who have been diagnosed with Autism, Aspergers, ADHD or those having difficulty making friends.

When: Fortnightly
Tues 4.15pm  
Thurs 4.15pm 
Fri     4:15pm

Cost: $ 190 per term (medicare rebate of $104.75 currently applies, if eligible)

School Preparation Program

What: 10 week program, 1.5hr sessions, aimed at developing the emotional, social and fine motor skills that will assist in a smooth transition to school.

Who for: Those pre-schoolers who may need a little bit of extra help to facilitate a smoother start to big school.

When: Commencing Term 2, 2013 Scool Term 

Cost: $350 per term (medicare rebate of $104.75 currently applies, if eligible)

The Cool Kids Club

What: A fortnightly skill development program where children can meet others kids and share experiences to minimize feelings of isolation. Skills targeted include assertive communication, helpful coping strategies, emotion/anxiety management and problem solving skills.

Who for: Children aged 5-12 years experiencing anxiety or diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder are invited to attend fortnightly group sessions to develop communication, confidence, emotion/anxiety management & resilience. Here they can learn to “Chill” and “Relax”.

When: Feb 2013 – school term

Cost: $ 240 per term (medicare rebate of $115.25 currently applies, if eligible.
