Manager, Psychological Services

We are seeking an energetic Psychologist to take up the challenge of Manager to lead our passionate and caring team in the delivery of high quality psychological services. This exciting role will allow the successful applicant the unique balance of a challenging managerial role whilst maintaining a portion of clinical client work (approx 1/3).

To be successful in this role you will be an energetic leader, be able to prioritise competing demands and take both an operational perspective and longer term approach when managing clinic operations.

Reporting to the Clinic Director you will ensure the clinical team operates according to relevant legislative procedures, accreditation standards and clinic policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

*leading, managing and developing clinical team
*Provision of supervision
*Relationship Management & Development with external organisations and agencies
*Business development
*Clinical client psychological service provision

Essential:

*Min 2 years in leadership role
*Min 6 years counselling experience (post-grad)
*Proven success in key relationship management
*Proven business development experience
*Registration with NSW Board
*APS membership
*Medicare Provider number eligibility

Organisational experience would be an advantage however, sharp business acumen, ability to work autonomously and being results driven are far more important.
